Best Vegan Birthday: Glamaris Cakes!

When Glamaris Cakes said she would be making my birthday cake, I was very excited. But when she said it would be flavored after Biscoff cookies - I legitimately screamed!! Those are some of the yummiest treats and honestly about 50% of the reason I enjoy plane rides. Glamaris Cakes is one of the only 100% vegan cake options in San Antonio, but my oh my do I have to tell you how delicious her cake was!

This cake was made with Vanilla Cake Layers, filled with Cookie Butter. It was frosted with her signature Vanilla Buttercream, a Cookie Butter Drip and topped with vegan Biscoff Cookies! The exterior of the cake was so decadent, it felt like something made for royalty! The sparkles and flecks of gold really added that extra touch of special care and made the cake feel even more unique.

One thing that is incredibly difficult to achieve for vegan treats is the texture and Glamaris Cakes completely nailed it! The cake was such a perfect combination of fluffy and soft while still staying moist. The icing was made so smoothly and was incredibly creamy! It felt like a very expensive and elegant cake - almost like a wedding cake!

All in all I am so incredibly impressed with her cake skills and I cannot wait to eat another slice! I think that the only thing I would change is adding more of her delicious cookie butter filling - that stuff was so addicting and I could eat that for days!
